1) What's your issue encountering?

I have lost 2.58 (2.38 credit and I have -20cents currently) in data despite not downloading anything and leaving my computer at rest. I don't understand how I can go through so much credit when I only use it to play an mmorpg which outside of patches which I disable the vpn for, does not consume much data.

This happened last month as well not long after I topped up 3 dollars, and its very annoying to me as the previous 3 dollars I had credited lasted me 2-3 months. I want this issue solved and the credit refunded, or at the very least the negative credit on my balance removed as its ridiculous that the balance can even go negative when it cuts my connection.
